Instagramming Dubai 1

I‘m not exactly sure what I was expecting when I touched down in Dubai. Tim Horton’s no. Desert and sand yes. Still the modern architecture popped up in the middle of nowhere made for some interesting Instagramming Dubai photos. As did the ridiculousness that comes with it. More on that later. Till then here are my Instagramming Dubai pictures.

Instagramming Dubai

Dubai Skyline thanks to HeliDubai

The only 7 Star hotel in the world. This is as close as they would let me get.

One of the only parts of Dubai that felt real.

This was a fun day to say the least.

Enjoying the Dubai Mall fountains

Below the Burj Khalifa at night

Gold ATM. Only in Dubai.

Instagramming Dubai from on top of the Burj Khalifa

Watching the sun go down…below me.

Walking through the Dubai Mall Aquarium

Dubai Mall Divers. To find take a right at the Cinnabon. Walk straight for 7 days. If you pass a Cinnabon you have gone too far.

My Dubai snow globe.

A hazy grey Dubai skyline. Thanks again to HeliDubai for getting me some great shots!

Thanks! I didn’t make it inside but apparently it is ridiculous. If you make it there head over for the weekend brunch.

Ha! Thanks Ted. The pilot wasn’t to receptive to my request to land on the hotels heli pad so that is as close as I got.
