Last up on my European leg of business class lounge reviews is a peek inside the Zurich Swiss Air Lounge. Once again my early arrival doesn’t speak much for the food and service options, however, I did get a look at the space and all that is available to those passing through. Here’s how it looks:
Location
The Zurich airport has a handful Swiss Air Lounges. For this review, we are taking a peek the Swiss Air Lounge A which is located in terminal A. Hours are Mon-Sun 05.45-22:30.
Amenities
This Zurich Swiss Air Lounge is massive. With over 215 seats spread over 2 floors, there is plenty of space to stretch out. There are comfortable seats and plenty of TV’s throughout to keep you entertained. Other amenities are pretty standard with a business center, free WiFi, and a huge smokers lounge/bar located on the second floor.
Food and Drink
Again I was visiting this Swiss Air Lounge in the early AM. This meant coffee, cereal, pastries, and mimosas. Sadly no fondue or Swiss cheese to be found anywhere.
How to get in
Access to the Swiss Air Bussiness lounge in terminal A is restricted to the following:
First Class SWISS, Lufthansa und Star Alliance, HON Circle, Miles & More Senator, Business Class SWISS, Lufthansa und Star Alliance, Miles & More Frequent Traveller, Star Alliance Gold.

Overall, the Swiss Air Buisness lounge is a nice place to relax before your flight. It is pretty basic though and does not include any extras like those found in Turkish Air’s Istanbul lounge or even a decent spread of food like Toronto’s Air Canada lounge. This could have been due to my early morning departure.
Inside the Zurich Swiss Air Lounge Good to Know
Includes: Food, drink, and preflight cocktails.
Don’t Miss: the bar.
