Water is the best natural immunity booster available for your body. it flushes out any nasty toxins or harmful germs through sweating and breathing. If you want to avoid getting ill, get more water inside you. 

Eat Healthy

Next up on this list on how to boost your health is all about what you eat. You must have a healthy balanced diet to combat illness and keep healthy this winter. You get all your vitamins and nutrients from the food and drink you consume. So eating right is important. 

Fill at least one-third of your plate with vegetables. Add a little bit of carbohydrate and fat, then some protein. Are you struggling to understand portion control? You should get a portion divider.
